Roy René's calisson nougat combines two of the House's emblematic specialities in a single recipe. This white nougat combines the sweetness of the calisson with the soft texture of the nougat, in a format that's easy to take away or share.

In the Le Roy René workshops, the nougat is prepared using traditional know-how and carefully selected ingredients. The blend of nougat and calisson offers a unique taste, marked by the presence of almonds, candied melon and honey.
