Transfer of data to third parties:
To improve your user experience and gather customer feedback, we use the survey provider Skeepers (Avis Vérifiés) to collect reviews, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6.f of the GDPR). For this purpose, we may share certain personal data strictly necessary for the service (name, surname, email address, order number/reference, order date, purchased product) to allow the publication of authentic reviews in compliance with standard ISO20488, for which Avis Vérifiés holds AFNOR certification.
You may object to the transfer of your data at any time. Unless you request earlier deletion, your data will be kept by Avis Vérifiés for 18 months from the date your review is submitted, or 3 months from the email request date if you do not submit a review. After this period, the data will be anonymised.
Avis Vérifiés uses Mailjet and MindBaz for emailing and AllmySMS for SMS messages. Data is hosted by AWS in Ireland.
