This recipe is made with 30% whole hazelnuts, toasted for a long time to develop the flavours.

Slivers of crêpes dentelles, also known as feuillantines, are then incorporated into the preparation, adding a light, crunchy texture that contrasts with the creaminess of the hazelnuts.

A perfect balance between melt-in-your-mouth texture and crunchiness, designed for those with a sweet tooth. Enjoy on toast, in pancakes or simply with a spoon.
