Made of sugar and natural flavouring, the berlingot is a subtle blend of ancestral know-how and an original flavour.
Legend has it that these colourful sweets were first made by one of his cooks during the pontificate of the first Pope of Avignon, Clement V, in 1310.
These delicious sweets come in 5 flavours: raspberry, aniseed, lemon, orange and cherry.
