At the heart of a workshop in Haute-Provence, our team preserves traditional expertise by carefully selecting high-quality nuts before enrobing them. Using an old-fashioned copper drum, the chocolate is applied in successive thin layers, just as it was done in the past. With each step, this artisanal heritage is reflected in every almond, offering a smooth texture, even coating, and perfectly balanced flavors.
