Roy René’s Olivettes are roasted almonds coated with a layer of dark chocolate, finished with a veil of white chocolate. Their appearance is inspired by the olives that dot the Provençal landscape in shades of green and black.

Olivettes – Dark & White Chocolate

Olivettes combine carefully selected almonds with a delicate coating of dark chocolate, topped with a fine layer of white chocolate. Each bite offers a subtle contrast between the crunch of the almond and the smooth, melting chocolate, creating a treat that is both refined and irresistible.

At the heart of a workshop in Haute-Provence, our master confectioners uphold traditional expertise by selecting high-quality nuts before enrobing them. The old-fashioned copper drum ensures the chocolate is applied in thin, even layers, reproducing the artisanal techniques of the past and guaranteeing a smooth texture and perfect coating.
