Roy René’s caramels with Camargue fleur de sel are made in a workshop in Haute Provence, using machinery dating from the 1950s. The recipe combines olive oil and Camargue fleur de sel to create a savoury, melt-in-the-mouth treat that stays true to the Provençal spirit. This unique method honours tradition whilst offering a fresh take on the taste of caramel.
