This assortment of calissons comes in an elegant 400-gram box, inspired by the Provençal art of living and adorned with brightly colored cicadas. It features five iconic recipes that showcase Roy René’s confectionery expertise and the rich flavors of the Calisson d’Aix.

Each variety offers a distinct taste experience: the traditional Calisson d’Aix, tender and delicately scented; the Cointreau®-flavored calisson, with subtly alcoholic citrus notes; the raspberry and green tea calisson, fresh and delicate; the calisson with Briottet® Cassis de Dijon cream, fruity and indulgent; and finally the ginger and calamansi calisson, with a lively, tangy freshness.

8 Raspberry and Green Tea Calissons
Ingredients: almonds 29%, glucose syrup, candied raspberry paste 51%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, raspberry purée 2.8%, egg white, raspberry powder 1.2%, candied orange peels (orange peels 58%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), invert sugar syrup, acidifier: citric acid, green tea powder 0.3%, unleavened wafer (potato starch, sunflower oil).

8 Calissons with Crème de Cassis de Dijon Briottet
Ingredients: candied watermelon 26.7% (watermelon, glucose-fructose syrup), almonds 21.4%, sugar, glucose syrup, Crème de Cassis de Dijon Briottet 15% vol. 15.0%, sorbitol syrup, egg white, blackcurrant purée 1.8%, blackcurrant powder 1.1%, acidifier: citric acid, unleavened wafer (potato starch, sunflower oil), colouring: anthocyanins.
