Assortment of nougats: Provence white nougat, citrus nougat, red fruit nougat and pistachio nougat

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, almonds, Provence lavender honey (PGI) 7%, pistachios 5%, maritime lavender honey, candied fruits 3% (orange and lemon peel 56%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), honey, powdered egg white, dried blackcurrants infused in apple juice 2% (blackcurrant 53%, apple juice concentrate, lemon juice concentrate, sunflower oil), sweetened dried cranberries 1.5% (cranberries 54%, sugar, sunflower oil), pistachio paste 1.3%, wafer paper (potato starch, water, sunflower oil), raspberry purée 0.9%, natural vanilla flavoring, bitter almond extract.
