Black nougat cream

Roy René's crème de nougat noir showcases the richness of black nougat in the form of a smooth spread. It is made from downgraded black nougats, as part of a responsible and sustainable approach, in line with Le Roy René's commitment to combat food waste.

The recipe contains 64% almonds and 16% IGP Provence honey. It combines the strength of caramelised honey with the sweetness of almonds, for a gourmet, Provençal result.

Spread on a slice of bread, mix into yoghurt or use in pastries, Le Roy René black nougat cream is the perfect accompaniment to any gourmet craving.
