The white nougat from Provence from Le Roy René

This is a must in Provencal confectionery and one of our core products. A know-how that continues today with a unique recipe. Dried fruits, lavender honey from Provence, candied fruit from Apt ... the ingredients are carefully selected before being cooked in a copper cauldron.

Ingredients: almonds 32%, PGI lavender honey from Provence 28%, sugar, glucose syrup, egg white, pistachios, unleavened bread (potato starch, water, sunflower oil), natural vanilla flavouring.

May contain traces of other nuts, milk and soy.

Origin of almonds : Iberian Peninsula, honey: France (Provence).
