A generous box of melt-in-the-mouth shortbread biscuits. Orange blossom adds subtle floral notes, balanced by lemon zest and a hint of fleur de sel de Camargue. A simple recipe, faithful to the ingredients of the South.

One biscuit, one origin.

The navette takes its shape from a boat, a reference to an ancient Provençal tradition: the legendary voyage of Marie Jacobé, Marie Salomé and Sara, who arrived from Palestine on the shores of the Camargue. The village of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, which pays homage to them, gave its name to this biscuit that has been passed down for centuries.
