White Nougat:  

Ingredients: Almonds 32%, PGI lavender honey from Provence 28%, sugar, glucose syrup, egg white, pistachios, unleavened bread (potato starch, water, sunflower oil), natural vanilla flavouring.
May contain traces of other nuts, milk, and soy. 
Origin of almonds and honey: France (Provence).

Black Nougat:

Ingredients: Almonds (65%), PGI Provence flower honey (16%), sugar, glucose syrup, pistachios, unleavened bread (potato starch, water, sunflower oil).
May contain traces of egg white, other nuts, milk, and soy.
Origin of almonds: Iberian Peninsula.
Origin of honey: France (Provence).

Pistachio Nougat:

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, pistachios 20%, honey, pistachio paste 5%, almonds 5%, egg white, unleavened bread (potato starch, water, sunflower oil).
May contain traces of other nuts, milk, and soy.
Origin of sugar and pistachios: EU and non-EU.

Red Fruit Nougat:

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, almonds, dried blackcurrants infused with apple juice 9% (blackcurrant 53%, apple juice concentrate, lemon juice concentrate, sunflower oil), French blossom honey, sweetened dried cranberries 6% (cranberries 54%, sugar, sunflower oil), raspberry purée 3%, egg white powder, wafer paper (potato starch, water, sunflower oil).

May contain traces of other tree nuts, milk, soy.

Origin of sugar and fruits: EU and non-EU.
