- 4 cl lime juice
- 5 cl morello cherry syrup
- 90g brown sugar

Réalisation
Pour the lime juice, champagne and sugar into a shaker. Shake.
Put ice cubes in a glass, pour the contents of the shaker over them and add the morello cherry syrup.
