Calisson Cream - Ingredients:

Ingredients: Almonds 36%, candied fruits 30% (fruits 54% (melon, orange peels), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), water, sugar, natural quinine flavouring (quinine), bitter almond extract. May contain traces of other nuts.
Origin of almonds: Iberian Peninsula; melon: France (Provence).

White Nougat Cream - Ingredients:

Ingredients: Almonds 38%, sugar, water, Provence honey PGI 14%, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain traces of other nuts.

Dark Nougat Cream - Ingredients:

Ingredients: Almonds 64%, Provence flower honey PGI 16%, sugar, glucose syrup, pistachios, wafer (wheat flour, potato starch, water). May contain traces of wheat, egg, milk, sesame, and other nuts.
