Calisson d’Aix :
Candied fruits 41% (fruits 54% (melon 96%, orange and lemon peel), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), almonds 30% (including 50% almonds from Provence), sugar, glucose syrup, egg white, wafer paper (potato starch, sunflower oil), natural vanilla and orange blossom flavours, bitter almond extract.
Rose-flavoured calisson :
almonds 27%, candied melon (melons, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), glucose syrup, rose pieces 3% (sugar, coating agents: gum arabic, beeswax, carnauba wax, shellac, rose petals 2%, colouring: carmine, flavouring), egg white, candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), wafer paper (potato starch, sunflower oil), natural rose flavour and other natural flavours, colouring: carmine.
Lavender-flavoured calisson :
almonds 28%, candied watermelon (watermelon, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), glucose syrup, egg white, candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), wafer paper (potato starch, sunflower oil), colouring foodstuffs (concentrates of spirulina, apple, carrot and pumpkin), natural lavender flavour 0.015%, colouring: carmine.
May contain traces of other tree nuts.
