In the workshops of La Confiserie du Roy René, the nougat-makers have created this unique recipe, enriched with IGP lavender honey from Provence, which adds its characteristic floral notes. For an extra touch of deliciousness, this nougat is sprinkled with caramel chips that add an irresistible sweet and sour note to each bite.
