The art of nougatine has a long history at Le Roy René. In 1920, in the center of Aix-en-Provence, the nougat and almonds made by Le Roy's confectioners filled the streets near their first workshop with their delicious aroma. Since then, the same techniques have been used and the recipes have remained unchanged.
