Every bite reveals a harmonious balance: the creaminess of the milk chocolate, the subtle caramelised sweetness and the rich texture of the almond. At the heart of a workshop in Haute-Provence, our team carries on traditional craftsmanship by carefully selecting high-quality nuts before coating them. To do this, we use an old-fashioned copper coating machine, allowing the chocolate and caramel to be applied in successive thin layers, replicating the techniques of yesteryear and ensuring a perfect, melt-in-the-mouth coating.
