At the heart of a workshop in Haute-Provence, our team preserves traditional expertise by carefully selecting high-quality nuts before enrobing them. Using an old-fashioned copper drum, the chocolate and caramel are applied in successive thin layers, reproducing the artisanal techniques of the past and ensuring a perfectly smooth and even coating.
