Made in the workshops in Banon using a traditional copper conical mixer, these carefully selected almonds are coated in a melt-in-the-mouth white chocolate delicately flavoured with lavender blossom.

Description

Lavender, the iconic flower of Provence, inspires the confectioners at Roy René, who bring out the very best of this region’s heritage through their exceptional creations. The almonds are carefully roasted and then coated in white chocolate infused with lavender. A confection that is both delicate and indulgent, where the contrast of flavours creates a perfect balance between sweetness and character, with the melt-in-the-mouth texture of the chocolate and the crunch of the almond.
