Roy René chocolate olivettes.

Roy René chocolate olivettes are roasted almonds coated with a layer of dark chocolate and then a veil of white chocolate. Their appearance is inspired by the olives that punctuate the Provencal landscape with shades of green and black.

To obtain this green colour, the confectioners use spirulina, safflower, apple and lemon. Each olivette is prepared in the company's workshops, where traditional know-how guides every stage, from the choice of almonds to the final coating.

Dark chocolate 50% (cocoa: 65% minimum) (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla powder), almonds 29,5%, white chocolate 17% (cocoa: 33% minimum) (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla powder), coating agents: acacia gum, shellac; concentrates (spirulina, apple, safflower, lemon), natural vanilla flavor.

May contain traces of other nuts.
