Cointreau caramels

Roy René caramels are made to an innovative recipe, using olive oil, milk, sugar and water. Their distinctive flavour is a combination of sweet and bitter oranges, enriched with Cointreau liqueur, for a delicacy that's both tender and tangy.

This creation highlights the coming together of two historic houses, perpetuating tradition while offering a new recipe. Le Roy René Cointreau caramels are a continuation of Provencal know-how.
