A handcrafted production
The fruit jellies are handcrafted in our workshop in Haute-Provence, cooked in a cauldron and then cut by hand. The know-how of our confectioners enhances the quality of the fruits grown in Provence (Quince from the Drôme Provençale, Fig from Solliès-Pont, Apricots, Raspberry and Pear from the Alpes de Provence) and in Burgundy for the blackcurrant.
