Roy René's Collection de Provence white nougat showcases the century-old expertise of the confectioners of Aix-en-Provence. Rich in crunchy almonds and IGP Provence lavender honey, it reflects the sweetness and generosity of the Provencal region.

Each piece is prepared with care: the nougat is gently heated in a cauldron, allowing the aromas of the lavender honey to mingle with the other ingredients. This traditional method preserves the tender texture and delicate flavour.
