These Calamandes combine carefully roasted almonds with a generous coating of dark nougat and chocolate, creating a perfect balance of crunch, intensity, and indulgence. Each bite reveals the subtle harmony between the richness of the chocolate, the depth of the nougat, and the smoothness of the almond.

At the heart of a workshop in Haute-Provence, our team preserves artisanal expertise by carefully selecting high-quality nuts before enrobing them. Using an old-fashioned copper drum, the chocolate and nougat are applied in successive thin layers, reproducing traditional techniques and ensuring a smooth, even coating.
