Caramels with Camargue flower of salt
Le Roy René caramels with fleur de sel de Camargue are made in a workshop in Haute-Provence, using machines dating back to the 1950s. The recipe combines olive oil and Camargue fleur de sel, for a savoury, melt-in-the-mouth treat that's true to the spirit of Provence.
This original process respects tradition while renewing the taste of caramel. Other flavours are available: calisson, hazelnut, coffee and lemon, for a varied discovery of Le Roy René specialities.
