This infusion for a day in the orchard is a tribute to Roy René, the inquisitive and passionate horticulturist who created Marseille's first botanical garden. It combines verbena, immortelle, rosehip, candied ginger, lemon, orange and nettle in a blend that evokes the diversity of Provençal orchards.
Available in 60g tins, this infusion takes 4 minutes to prepare at 90°C, with a dosage of 2g per 20cl of water. Enjoy it hot or cold, all day long.
