The collector's box Paris presents 180 grams of petits calissons d'Aix, a Provencal specialty made by La Confiserie du Roy René. The box, decorated with an illustration of the Eiffel Tower, contains the authentic recipe that has made the calisson d'Aix-en-Provence famous: a mixture of finely ground almonds, candied Cavaillon melon and candied orange peel, placed on a thin sheet of unleavened bread and covered with a royal glaze.
