Apricot paste from Provence
Le Roy René apricot paste is made in the Haute-Provence workshop from apricots carefully selected from local producers. The recipe contains 50% fruit, to preserve the natural flavour and texture of the apricot.
The fruit, sugar and pectin are gently heated in a traditional cauldron, then the dough is poured, left to set, cut by hand and rolled in the sugar. This process respects the know-how handed down from generation to generation.
Each box contains two bars of apricot paste.
