In our small calisson and nougat museum, you can follow the evolution of Calisson production from the late 19th century to the present day.

You will also realise that between the machine created in 1900 and our present day equipment, the production process has not changed.

Only the amount manual labour has diminished.


Old sepia photos, battered copper cauldrons and the original packaging : our museum doors lead to an aromatic past where you follow the thread of passion through the years …
