The Crème de Calissons, declared “Flavour of the Year 2003”, and created by the “Confiserie du Roy René” has everybody’s favour.This cream is produced from the famous calissons of the Confiserie du Roy René, consisting of sweet almonds finely ground with candied melon and orange peel.
